October 21, 2002 - Sumter County family wins $1million+ in medical malpractice suit

A jury has awarded a Sumter County family more than $1 million in a medical malpractice case. The jury ruled last week that Doctor Charles Moss and Sumter Urological Associates wrongly diagnosed problems with an obstruction in Plowden Fleming's urinary tract.
